• Convocation : Sunday May 19 at 7:00 a.m. from Piroguiers Plum – festival village

• Time barrier : maximum arrival at Plum before 12:00 p.m. on Sunday May 19
• Prize giving : 1 hour after the arrival of the last runner

• Price 2024 = 2000F (excluding online fees)
  Minimum age: 16 years old at the start of the race
• Provide proof of health and aptitude for trail running : terms and conditions of the regulations  
• No qualifying points are needed to register for this race
• Closing date for online registrations: Wednesday May 15, 2024 at midnight
• Delivery of bibs : from May 8 to 17, 2024 Running Conseil (formerly Endurance Shop)
• No equipment check is necessary before the race

A small loop of 7 km and 203 m D+, accessible to all without difficulty, a very shaded route with a small primary forest and numerous creek crossings. The highest point will give you a clear view of part of Plum Bay.
